Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb (750 g) red-skinned potatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 lb (1 kg) bone-in chicken thighs and/or drumsticks, skin removed
  • 1 bottle (355 mL) VH® Asian 5-Spice Stir-Fry Sauce

Directions

  1. Place vegetables in bottom of slow-cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken over top.
  2. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW setting 8 hours or on HIGH setting 4 hours.
  3. Variation: Also great with VH® Orange Ginger Sauce.
