Ingredients
1 1/2 lb (750 g) red-skinned potatoes, cut into large chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
4 medium carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 lb (1 kg) bone-in chicken thighs and/or drumsticks, skin removed
1 bottle (355 mL)

Asian 5-Spice Stir-Fry Sauce
Directions
Place
vegetables in bottom of slow-cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken over top.
Pour
sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW setting 8 hours or on HIGH setting 4 hours.
